Delivery & Returns Terms – Revira
Shipping Carriers For orders placed on Revira.uk, parcels within the United Kingdom are shipped via Evri. For orders placed on Revira.no, deliveries within Norway are shipped via PostNord or Posten/Bring, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by bank holidays, public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via the relevant carrier's website.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Revira cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or issue a refund. Any additional costs incurred due to a failed delivery may be charged to the customer.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible with your order and tracking details so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Shipping Destinations Revira.uk currently ships within the United Kingdom. Revira.no currently ships within Norway. We do not currently offer cross-border shipping between the two regions or to other destinations.
Liability Revira is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to their terms and conditions.
Returns
Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. This applies to all orders placed on both Revira.uk and Revira.no.
Condition of Returned Goods All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for a return.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at [support email] with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the relevant instructions.
Return Shipping Costs The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. For Revira.uk, return shipping costs are £5.00 for standard delivery and £7.00 for express delivery. For Revira.no, return shipping costs are based on the same rate as your original delivery. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are excluded from our returns policy: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and any items that have been customised or made to order.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to availability.
